BIO
Born and raised in Chicago, Steve moved out to LA after high school to pursue a career in film and subsequently graduated from Columbia College Hollywood with a BFA in film production and later the AFI Conservatory where he earned his MFA in cinematography. As a cinematographer, he has shot a variety of projects including feature films, branded content, documentaries, and short films. Highlights include the feature documentary SLEEPING DOG about Jeremy Corbell and the UAP/UFO community, as well as the feature film RING RING (starring Lou Ferrigno, Malcolm Goodwin, Kirby Bliss Blanton) which completed a limited theatrical run and is currently available on Amazon Prime along with his earlier film PAINT IT RED (starring Martin Kove, Sally Kirkland, Cassie Steele, Jack McGee). He also shot the feature documentary A FATHERLESS GENERATION which screened at multiple international film festivals. His third narrative feature film, FOR THE HITS, enjoyed success on a strong festival run and is also available to buy through major streaming services. Two new features, BITS (with Dee Wallace, James Duval, Dominique Swain, Krista Allen) and GRACE (directed by Reacher's Malcolm Goodwin) are both currently in post production.
